I recently stayed at Baglioni Hotel in Milan for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and the rooms are well-maintained, with daily cleaning. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and attentive waiters. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the Duomo and the shopping district. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great location.

Upscale and fairly clean place, beautiful view of Cathedral. Magnificent setting, near Easy to get to all the local shops and attractions, all the beautiful shops very walkable to Duomo and far enough from the maddening crowd, and Malpensa.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to the exclusive shopping district. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do in this lovely area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

The hotel is very well known, staff was very helpful and friendly.

For almost 600 euros per night the room was very small and stinky, no bath tube just shower in bathroom. Interior is very old. I think this hotel needs very complex renovation. The smell in the rooms are very very bad. We had a two rooms and both was the same. I was in this hotel twice and will never go there again.

Rooms are a bit small for a big price ! The Principe e Savoya is 30% cheaper and the rooms more spacious. In counterpart, the Principe is far away from Via della Spiga and Via Montenapoleone.

The hotel is in a great location, near the famous shopping street via della Spiga and in the center of Milan. It is very close to the main shopping area, perfect for those who want to indulge in a shopping spree. The room was well-sized and of good quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were fantastic and provided excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options to start the day.

The soundproofing of the rooms was not great, as some road noise could be heard.
